My experience with Yonkers Auto Gallery was disappointing due to poor communication and unprofessional service. Manager Yousef failed to follow through on promised callbacks regarding pricing, leaving me to repeatedly reach out for basic information. Sales agent Josiah’s approach was equally concerning—he opened the conversation with “what’s the issue?” instead of a professional introduction and pushed financing despite me clearly stating I was a cash buyer. I never requested a discount, yet was quoted a price over $6,000 above the advertised amount. Throughout the process, I was shuffled between at least five different people, none of whom seemed aware of prior conversations, which created confusion and unnecessary delays. This lack of internal communication made the entire experience feel disorganized and inefficient. The lack of coordination, follow-up, and professionalism ultimately led me to purchase elsewhere. Do not buy from here unless you want to be overcharged and ignored.

Visited Tuckahoe Autoland last weekend (in under 10 degree weather). Dealer showed me the car which was in the back of many cars. He also showed me a Nissan that was in back of many cars. Neither car could/would be moved so that I could test drive them. Dealer kept asking if I was financing or paying cash. I let them know that I wouldn't consider buying any car that I could not test drive.
