I can honestly say that purchasing a car from Mastria Nissan was an easy and smooth experience from start to finish. From the initial inquiry, to the test drive, to finalizing the purchase, everything went very well. I first spoke with Erick over the phone to arrange a time for a test drive. I wasn’t sure exactly when I’d be able to come in, and I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy about setting a specific time. The next day, I came in to test drive a used Nissan Rogue I had seen on CarGurus and was assisted by Khandice. She was friendly, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly, and if she wasn’t sure about something, she made sure to find out once we returned to the dealership.
