I ask for a suv they wanted to put me in a car of there choice I do understand I have a repo on my credit but I said no thank you left there and found a car somewhere else within a hour never settle there are choices out there

They were friendly and responsive. However within 2 hours of making me an offer by email, they sold the car to another buyer, presumably using my interest as leverage.

Dealer knew the car and was helpful in allowing me to drive and inspect the vehicle. Full tramsparency.

If I'm going to spend $12k+ for a car, I should at least see photos. It's a bit presumptuous of anyone to think someone will drive a distance, with no incentive.

Great contact and very willing to accommodate my requests to take a test drive. We ultimately decided to purchase a different make/model. We did not go to this dealership.

I went in to see the car, but was told it was not for sale. It seems they put it on their website as a listing even though because of milage they would not sell it. I was having a difficult day, as I totaled my car and was trying to find a replacement. This car was a great match so I was very disappointed. What made matters worse was the person I spoke with that night just smirked when I told him how much worse he had made my day.
