Had a very good experience overall with this dealership, John O’Toole reached out very quickly when I inquired about the vehicle. he answered all my questions and followed up with financing options so that I could proceed with making a decision. I went to the dealership on Saturday, November 1, he was there to greet me for a test drive, and had arrangements to go over financing right away. Overall excellent service and experience.

Simple bait and hook Lexus has been posted for few months called they said it sold but it’s still posted month after

Terrible with communication. Especially Connor. They said the car was sold 2 weeks ago and then the ad stays up. Then a week later they say Sale is pending, so whats taking so long with the sale? It should be in and out in a day, not 2 weeks. And then they post it AGAIN and have the price raised by $500 and no one responds to me on what the status is or why iit hasn't been sold and keeps getting reposted.

Tom Coates truly educated me on various vehicles and made the experience less stressful.

Travelled 3 hours to look at vehicle, loved it, told manager I would wire money to them for deposit when I got home, could not get hold of him after several attempts on way home and while at home; finally at 7 pm that evening I rec'd an email that the car was sold. I wouldnt trust anyone there.

Our guy mark was very responsive on what I wanted the attention to detail was above and beyond . They treated me and my wife as people and not just another sale
