Dodge dealerships near me (Victorville, CA)

This dealership purposely did not disclose damage done to this truck, the tail gate does not open! I took off work and drove two hours with my daughter to purchase this truck not even knowing the extent of the “cosmetic” issues, however the damage done to this truck is more than minor cosmetic issues. The salesman tried to tell us that they do “safety inspections only” and that this is not something they would have known?! The tail is completely cracked and bent and does not open! That is not a simple cosmetic issue. They said they’d fix it if I wanted to purchase. I would never trust this dealer after what I saw and the reactions of how they tried to push this piece of garbage on me knowing it’s my daughter’s first car that she has worked and saved for. Scum bags.

Dealer was ok. They took some time getting back to me, ended up purchasing a car and elsewhere.

Contacted this dealer and made an appointment to go test drive this van. They called the morning of to verify I was still coming. Drove 30 minutes and wasted all that gas for the sales guy to tell me the car was in the mechanics bay with the entire engine out. Now that they screwed up and had to make expensive repairs they jacked up the price to cover the cost of repairs. Told me there was no room to discount the price back to the original price I wanted to buy it for. days later they told me it sold, but the listing is still up on their website. I just think they know they’ll have we to reduce the price and I’m the only buyer and know what games they are playing

The dealer got back to me quickly, but no follow through on the car.

Add this dealer to the list of dealers who put add on’s to their advertised price. They add $3420 to every vehicle for lo jack, paint protection, upholstery protection and lock nuts for the wheels. They also will tell you a car is available when in fact it is not. The previous negative reviews are true. I won’t assume anything but either this dealer isn’t organized, or they purposely bait and switch which I hope isn’t the case. I called and spoke to sales associate Brian Gomez to inquire about a car. He said the car was available and we set an appointment. He told me “I will go get the car ready for you by the time you arrive”. That gave me some peace of mind so I made the one hour trip there. After I arrived, Brian came out and told me the car “wasn’t available and it was sold to wholesale”. He offers 2 other cars priced for double. His boss alexis also tries to sell the cars to me. Total waste of time. “At Moss they switch the cost since they’re the boss or it’s your loss!”

I did not make a purchase. Ahmed, the internet sales manager was very friendly and courteous. He spent a lot of time with me trying to help me find a truck without pressuring me whatsoever. Ahmed, one of the managers expressed a willingness to work with me - again, no pressure.
