We were greeted with a smile by Dave Edwards and he made the process smooth and easy. He was easy to talk to and felt no pressure at all. He was real and down to earth. If you come here, make sure you ask for Dave! The downside was we finished over closing and everyone had left by time I got into the car to realize the tank was empty. Typically if you buy a new car the dealership fills the tank. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

I tried multiple times to have basic questions answered about the vehicle before driving a long distance to purchase it. My questions were never answered. Just high pressure sales tactics to come to the dealership. Would not answer if the vehicle had rust or body damage. Would not discuss condition of tires, brakes or accident report. Was told many times they would get “eyes on the car” and get back to me. I only to message back pushing me to come into the dealership.

We good experience with Mark, our agent. He is honest and upfront with pricing! Over all, our car buying experience is great!

My experience was different from my past experiences with buying a car they didn’t want to really work with me as far as getting a pre purchase inspection and didn’t want to talk to my financial situation. And still hasn’t refunded me my deposit so I called the bank to cancel transaction now they won’t return my calls.so I bought another car and the experience was so much more professional.so very happy I didn’t buy from them !!

The review with this deal suck Like everybody is saying the same thing about the dealer false advertising … It’s sad how Trudy waste people time why post a price on the internet if it’s not the price… I will never in my life shop at this dealer

The staff communicated with me promptly, and provided me with plenty of information regarding the car. There were other dealerships with a little better pricing and less mileage for the same year, make, and model.
