Inquired into the vehicle... As far as I know it's still not available to drive it view.... Haven't heard anything further from dealer...I have attempted numerous contacts to inquire as to it's availability so far NADA!!!

sent an email looking at this vehicle did not hear anything back from the dealership for almost 30 hours. Was told the vehicle was available drove down there and the salesman that contacted me had no idea where the vehicle was at completely disorganized. The advertise price was not correct. The dealership had all kinds of dealer markups on the addendum.

Jesse and Kelvin were quick always on communication. We really enjoyed working with them. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for used or new cars to reach out to them.

Avoid this place if you value communication. I reached out multiple times about a Murano and even emailed the General Sales Manager, Donovan Ricks, directly with my information and a serious offer. He didn't even blink or respond. Meanwhile, Wilfredo insisted they couldn't budge on price, yet they’ve since dropped the price to nearly what I offered. I took my business to a different dealership that actually answers their emails. Knight Claremont Dodge would rather let a car sit on the lot than show basic professional courtesy to a buyer.

Never heard back from sales person. Don’t have time to waste on searching for vehicle.

They tried to lowball me hard on my trade-in, coming in way below market value and acting like they were doing me a favor. No transparency, no justification—just an insulting offer. The worst part was dealing with Josh, the finance manager. He started adding extended warranties and other upsells without properly asking or clearly explaining them. Items were slipped into the numbers as if they were standard, and you’re expected to notice and question it yourself. That kind of behavior feels intentionally deceptive. Overall, the experience was pushy, dishonest, and manipulative. Instead of being upfront, they tried to pad the deal quietly and pressure it through. If you value honesty and basic respect as a customer, take your business elsewhere. This dealership—and especially their finance process—is not worth the frustration
