Found the salesman, Garret arrogant and not interested in working with me because I’m not looking for financing and won’t be a repeat customer (out of state sale) and won’t be using your service lane. I’m still looking but have moved on from this dealership.

Overall good experience. Being out of state there was only email and phone communication which was good BUT they have a AI bot email servant that is not really connected to the salesperson very well. While the AI bot replied very soon. The sales team lagged behind. Use a phone call if you want the real story. We did not agree on price and the Jeep got away. I was fine with that. I will still keep an eye on this dealer for future purchases if another jeep I am interested in comes up!

Rushed process and the sunroof screen won’t close. I should have stuck with my gut feeling and walked away because my old car was more reliable.
