Dodge dealerships near me (Hurst, TX)

I paid cash for the car a day after I bought the radiator hose came off like someone intentionally loosened it ...took it to my mechanic..not only did It need a new thermostat it also need all 4 control arms and tie rods...and a new rack and pinion....the car was over priced....for the all the work I've to do to it since I bought it.....so NO the purchase from thst place was not good for me

Slow to communicate also they advertise “questionable” rebates. Didn’t show any interest in wanting to sell their product. Sales and Sales management were not knowledgeable in any aspect.

Arthur was my sales person. He made everything easy. Was really friendly. He had the car waiting on me when i got there. The whole process took about 2hrs. (I did not have a trade in). He is still very easy to reach even after the sale. Great place to do business.

I was told my car was ready and it was not they put me in a rental told me to come the next day it will be ready and it was not then they said it will be ready Tuesday or Wednesday never received a call I had to call them then they said that my checks were frauds but I was never in front of the financial services to move forward I put $2,000 down and now they repot the car on the market for $1,000 more of the original price that I got it at and signed a contract and now they're telling me to find another car with them I will be going in tomorrow to return this rental and to get my money back I will never go to this dealership again

I recently purchased a Jeep from North Dallas CDJR and the entire experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and easy, and surprisingly quick. The staff was friendly and communicative, the test drive process was simple. What really stood out for me was how simple and efficient the process was from start to finish. The only downside to my experience was how pushy and insistent the the finance person was trying to sell GAP coverage, it definitely took away from my experience. Other than that. The entire car-buying experience was awesome. I would definitely recommend North Dallas CDJR to anyone looking for a straight forward hassle free purchasing experience. Special shout out to Garrett Elkins the sales manager there for his involvement and working with me to get a good deal.
