Car was not in working order. Stalled when sales staff pulled it out for us to test drive. We were unable to test drive it. Have never heard what is wrong with the car. Also, when we walked into the dealership, we had to wait at least 20 minutes to even talk to any sales staff. When finally "helped" by the sales staff, the salesperson started with asking us canned questions from a questionaire such as "what car are you driving right now" It was very impersonal and a waste of time.

Noah was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very prompt in his communication and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!
