Contact was friendly and provided requested information. Unfortunately the Jeep sold before I could get there.

They have a 250 mils 5-days return policy which is good. They were courteous and helpful during the process of purchasing the car using cash from my account. I live in Colorado Springs and had to drive back and forth using a rental. They drove to Colorado Springs to pick me up and deliver me to the dealership to purchase the car. Because of their return policy, and the time it would take for a PPI to be done in Denver, I purchased the car and had one done in Colorado Springs. After spending $121 FOR A 120-point check, they found significant issues with the car. I took it back to the dealership and since I had paid the total amount from my account, I requested a check to be cut for my purchase. They stated it would take 10 days before a check could be cut despite them receiving the money within 2 days. It is not right for them to use my money like that. I can't purchase another car until my money is returned.
