We were told over the phone their fiance team would not work with us on a used vehicle, because we still owe on our current vehicle. But, the finance team would be happy to help us get a brand vehicle with rebates. We had money to put down, but never came in to look at the used vehicle we were ready to buy, since finance team already told us no on a used vehicle.

Didn't end up purchasing but they were awesome to deal with and would try them again, we werent able to come together on a price but they tried to get me there was just s little out of my budget

I would consider this dealership my absolute last resort when it comes to purchasing a car. Throughout the process, I spoke with the sales representative and the sales manager, but no one could provide a clear and consistent update on the status of the car. It was a constant cycle of excuses regarding the car not being ready for a test drive and purchase. When I finally got the opportunity to purchase the car, I was shocked to find it in a totally dirty state. The car was filthy, and it wasn't even aligned properly. Two days later, I had to drive two hours back to the dealership to have it serviced again, and despite my complaints, they still did not clean the dirty car they had sold me. The steering wheel was so dirty that my hands felt sticky just touching it! I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering purchasing a car. This dealership’s service has been nothing short of frustrating!

Joe Monroe was very transparent and very helpful. It took a couple days before he found out the expedition was not roadworthy and told me he could not sell it to me in that condition. I very much appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn’t try to pressure me at any point in the interaction.
