I found them to be okay, and another family gave them a good rating. And I appreciated the salesperson honestly.

Dealer never returned inquiry of availability. When I called to inquire, I was treated rudely.

Went there and the vehicle was sitting right there... I went in to inquire about it and was told it was sold, but then was asked did I want to look at a Colorado Fast forward to 4 days later, it was still on this and other websites. Sent an inquiry and was told it was available. Needless to say I didn't buy it as I was not impressed with the seemingly game they were playing

The salesman at CrossCountry were very helpful and very attentive. They weren't pushie or overbearing, i test drove several cars and they were asking about more. Overall, it was a good experience and i would send anyone there that is looking for a good deal on a car!

Very easy time

I submitted an online inquiry for an Audi Q8 and a sales rep (Romel) responded the same day, Saturday, Feb 14th. Initially the car was posted with no real pictures. I asked The rep Romel, on the phone, to send me pictures, he never did. Instead of sending me pictures, he sends me a car fax. I followed up on Wednesday, requesting an update and he informs me that the car was getting a safety check . I then followed up requesting a test drive on the vehicle, on Thursday, I received no response. I then called the dealership on Friday, requested a different rep, scheduled a test drive for 2:30 pm. The rep then tells me the car was sold at 1 pm that day. Terrible experience and waste of time.
