I had a great experience from the time I drove on the property with my old vehicle; to the time the I drove off of the property with my new truck. I look forward to doing business in the future with this dealership.

I inquired about a Maverick listed for sale. I received a general chat bot response and eventually a real person reached out and said they would have the Internet manager reach out in the morning to discuss a deal. When they called we chatted about the vehicle to only be told someone is in dealership as we speak and are buying in. I felt like it was a ploy to start a high bid discussion. I said no thank you and simply passed. I've been called twice to follow up on the truck. So is it there? Is it sold..... The world may never know.. Either way, I suggest better communication.

The quickest purchase ever!! . Everything was smooth . Real pros one hour and 30 minutes and I had the truck and was on my way home.
