I was looking for a specific late model Sierra 2500 Sierra Ultimate to buy and close quickly (The same day) this past Saturday, December 27th, 2025. I contacted this dealer and was called by Joel Laprade quickly. Joel was calm, professional and thorough as he quickly clarified my requirements, requested my financial information and identified the truck for me. And, rather than take extra time “chatting” he told me he wanted to earn my business and said he’d have an offer to me promptly. Soon thereafter, he shipped me the offer, we did some quick negotiation and made the deal. He then literally “went the extra mile” by personally delivering the truck to my home in Pt. Washington, an hour away, arriving in the dark. Having extensive experience in real estate counseling and sales training (The Town of Seaside and 116 resorts and developments afterward), I particularly appreciated Joel’s approach, professionalism and kindness.
