Great interaction with the dealership staff. Ultimately got a better deal closer to home, but this car was very fairly priced.

Staff was great to work with and extremely helpful in answering questions.

Contacted Atlantic Kia for appt via email exchange. Received email that appointment was confirmed. Arrive to dealership. Was told no appointment was made and car was already reserved. Definitely feel like they used the car as a fisher, as I live nearby the dealership and see the car driving by. Informed them very nicely in writing that they should be more considerate of other people's time, and received a "thank you for your feedback". Not even a sorry. I guess it was a sign because I found a better car and deal elsewhere.

Cars show they’re available on websites and when you call they say they’re sold and CarGurus messages you claiming they’re still available and car remains on website for weeks after they’re not theyr

Pablo, my sales rep and Jill the manager were exceedingly helpful and straight forward. Nobody was pushing a pen in my hand rushing me. They took the time to make sure I got the right vehicle and I appreciate them for it.
