Made me put in a deposit, buy insurance, book tickets to Long Island, Buy a Cashier's check only to let me know a few hours before meeting that the car was auctioned off to someone else. Don't waste your time and money, go elsewhere.

Had a great experience! Easy and honest price. No games. Steve was walked us through the whole process smoothly. I highly recommend him! Note, don't buy on a Saturday, it was nuts in there, check out took forever. Overall 5 stars from me!

I called this dealer,I spoke with Mary,asking all information about the car before I go to see the car,because I leave 2 hours away from them. She lied to me about everything,I drove more than 4 hours total to go back and forth,I spent money with gas and tolls to go from NJ to NY to see the car was not in excellent conditions like they told me and is not the price they advertised here. Please don’t waste your time with these people,they are rude and unprofessional.

The car got sold but they was still helpfully

Cars show they’re available on websites and when you call they say they’re sold and CarGurus messages you claiming they’re still available and car remains on website for weeks after they’re not theyr

Wanted to purchase a 2022 ID.4 Pro S. Dealership told me that it wasn't certified but that they could get it certified in a few days. They also only offered me $1500 for my car which I was getting offers of around $3k. When they tried to get me back in the dealership before the CPO process was complete I told them that I needed to wait until it was done and that I'd need a better offer on my car before proceeding. They then told me "we appreciate your time" and then never got in touch with me again. Ended up getting $5800 from Tesla and purchased a Model Y instead.

Very understanding and also waited for me after closing. They didn’t make me feel rushed and worked with me also, definitely would go back or recommend anyone to check them out.
