Wish I would’ve had more time to devote to the process unfortunately, I’ve taken a hit in my battle of cancer. It says subdued my efforts, but they seem like a great team ready to help somebody get a vehicle.

I asked the salesman to put some fuel in the vehicle so we could at least get out of the city. Nope. Toyota’s come with 2 keys. I asked for 2 keys the Salesman says I think they’re 2 keys. Guess what? Nope. Got home and the next day and “battery” messages on the truck screen….checked the battery….i had to add distilled water…4 of the 6 cells were way down. Who checked that? Would not buy from them again.

They didn’t seem to want to deal with me at all. Slow response times, didn’t try very hard to get me financed and ultimately lost my business.

I have bought before at Caldwell. They have courteous, knowledgeable staff. I trust them and the agency as a whole. We didn't buy the Prius. I am in the process of buying a Toyota RAV4 Prime from Caldwell.
