Dealerships near me (Columbus, OH)

Called ahead to see if truck was still available schedule a test drive and the guy that answered was very rude and stand-offish, "just come up and drive it man...it aint a complicated thing..... We arrived and there was no gas in the truck to take on a test drive, we actual had to put gas in it to take it on a test drive. The check engine light was on and no one could tell us why but instead they just kept repeating....."but did it drive good...." It was a nice truck, a lot of cosmetic issues and if it weren't for the rude office guy and the check engine light we probably would have purchased it. The lady in the office was very nice, very professional.

My experience with the dealership was terrible. The manager was rude and derogatory towards me. He lied to me on the phone about the value of my truck that I was gonna trade in and he wasn’t nice at all when I didn’t want to accept his deal and that’s when he got belligerent with me,I would not advise anybody to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Found the salesman, Garret arrogant and not interested in working with me because I’m not looking for financing and won’t be a repeat customer (out of state sale) and won’t be using your service lane. I’m still looking but have moved on from this dealership.

Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and understood what I was looking for in a car. My trade value was fair and while the original car had sold they had another that was well priced and met my needs

Just felt like I never had a chance to get a car here even though I was pre qualified before I even went here. I was lied to by both sales men and just plain out played. Went to a different car dealership and was in a new vehicle the same day. I would not recommend this place to any first time car buyers at all!!!
