Salesman was great, mechanical issue with jeep, said he would call when service repaired. Then The general sales manager contacted me and really was quite condiscending. Buy a vehicle is suppossed to be fun. So as much as I like the jeep and salesman, decided to look elsewhere. Really a same as I already purchased a 2023 grand cherokee and was ready to get a new one. quess I'll travel for purchase now.

Arthur was my sales person. He made everything easy. Was really friendly. He had the car waiting on me when i got there. The whole process took about 2hrs. (I did not have a trade in). He is still very easy to reach even after the sale. Great place to do business.

I paid cash for the car a day after I bought the radiator hose came off like someone intentionally loosened it ...took it to my mechanic..not only did It need a new thermostat it also need all 4 control arms and tie rods...and a new rack and pinion....the car was over priced....for the all the work I've to do to it since I bought it.....so NO the purchase from thst place was not good for me

Slow to communicate also they advertise “questionable” rebates. Didn’t show any interest in wanting to sell their product. Sales and Sales management were not knowledgeable in any aspect.

Tried to raise price by $1600 for brake check and cabin filter check on a vehicle with 5800 miles . Car Gurus stated price for home delivery and dealer saiid would about double that .After 2 days they notified me of approval at 13.99 percent interest . A total waste of my time !CC
