Experience was great. Dealership responded immediately to my inquiry. Car was clean and ready for a test drive when I got there. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.,

This dealer told us the car was available in the morning and we scheduled a test drive for the afternoon. We have 3 kids and we drove separately in two cars since we might have traded in one of them. We drove all the way there (an hour drive) and right as we pulled into their parking lot they told us the car had sold. I understand that these things happen, but this left a very bad taste in our mouth. They could have called us earlier but they wanted to make sure we were still coming in case the other buyer fell through.
