They never responded after I received a text. Lack of service for my rating.

The sales rep was helpful, the fiance manager was rude. Tried to bargain with me on why I should choose to go with a bank of his choice and that would get me an amount off the price. When I didn't budge he then rushed me as if its my fault and just hung up. All while I was with my banks loan dpt on speaker phone. My bank wasn't happy needless to say.

emailed and checked if they would honor their lowest advertised price. showed up the next day, only to find that the car was "sold", 1st come 1st serve, thats ok completely understand nope, they raised the price 10k in matter of hours and advertised it. it be nice to not have my time wasted, driving to and back. or say they will honor it just to have me come in with that said, Chris, the salesman, was polite and helpful.

I actually didn't go to dealership, I only communicate with staff by phone. Everyone I spoke with, was very helpful & courteous!
