The sales agent ALI was great and very knowledgeable and informative. I wasn’t able to make a purchase because I feel like I should wait for the right color to be available. I do recommend anyone visit the dealership since I have purchased a Ram 1500 from them in the past.

Good customer service

Bad experience. The price is not what was advertised. They promote a lower price to be classified as "great deal", but on the end they shows different price. This is dishonest marketing...

TERRIBLE!! I kept in contact with my salesman, Kawain throughout the process via text. I set the appointment, verified I would be there at 6pm. We agreed on a price via text & confirmed the appointment. I notified him as I was on my way from Lake Worth. I kept him updated via text. When I arrived at the dealership I saw the vehicle I was going to purchase parked out front just as he described. I walked into the showroom and met with Kawain. He advised me the appointment I made, for vehicle we discussed at price we agreed upon was sold 10 minutes before I walked in. He told me he had another vehicle at a higher price point. I left your dealership. Approx 6 minutes later Kawain called to tell me the deal had fallen through, the couple wanted to think about it and if I was in the area he would sell me the vehicle now. Arrigo & Kawain lack integrity and allegiance to their customers. I'm disappointed in your dealership. You wasted my time. I wont be returning.

Made an appointment to come in and see a particular vehicle: I drove an hour and ten minutes , to find the car blocked in , dirty , not detailed , not charged and not blowing cold AC. "An appointment"

Perfect car, perfect dealership!!!!!

The Dealership was exceptional, they kindly accommodated my needs. I was able to buy the car with ease. I had contacted about 3 other dealerships and when they heard I was Out-of-State, their tone changed. I received the car and it's a nice ride. So far, so good. Best!!

Ryan was super helpful and quick to respond. Our daughter found a vehicle closer to her home, several hours from FLL.
