Chrysler dealerships near me (Nashville, TN)

Smooth and helpful.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience Marilyn Comstock was an excellent sales person and Rachel in finance guided me through that process with ease. I’m so appreciative of these two women and also for the personal contact via email of Marcus Wiggins the general manager I would recommend Mount Juliet to all of my friends and family members. You represent the highest quality of customer service. Thank you for providing me with this vehicle, which is an absolute dream to drive.

This dealer is a scam artist they are using CarGurus to bait and switch people into coming into their dealership. I would avoid them. They have unscrupulous business practices. The price they advertised was not available. The manager didn’t answer my questions. The so called fleet manager never responded and reported the car sold on Sunday, even though the fleet department wasn’t open till Monday. I would recommend anyone to find another dealer and avoid this one at all cost

Great place to buy a car. The salesman was honest and very transparent.

Very pleasant humble folks to work with for my purchase. I feel I got a fair price and excellent customer service

Horrible communications. I picked a truck and scheduled an appointment with one of their salesmen (Lew) for the next morning and they sold the truck the same evening and never communicated that to me. Instead, they kept the appointment in place and I drove 2 hours to them and he still wouldn’t tell me straight that the truck was sold, he just took me around to try to sell me trucks that were $10-$20k over what I was planning to get. As if that wasn’t enough, he tried to make me the idiot in this case “if you looked online you’d see that the truck was sold”. No sir, after I scheduled the appointment and confirmed the availability with you, I don’t need to keep going back to check the website. If anything changes you’re obligated to inform me. Unprofessionalism at its best and didn’t care if their customer drove hours and took off work for that day to make it there.

Great shopping experience!

I ended up buying. 2021 gmc Sierra 3500 HD DRW . Low mileage and an excellent deal. Will Simpson was a great salesman. He didn’t rush me or push the sale on me

From Sidney, our salesperson, to Amanda, the GM, to Travis, the finance manager, our experience at Hunt Ford was fantastic. We traveled to make this car purchase, and they bent over backward to make sure our experience was superb. I would highly recommend Hunt Ford!
