I did not purchase but the response was very quick and very thorough.

I took the Corolla on a test drive and decided not to buy it. However, there was a 2019 Honda HRV on the lot that I purchased. I would recommend Universal Auto with absolutely no reservation. Honesty, listening to the customer, several financing options and friendliness of the staff Moe and Liz was exceptional. I appreciate them. Also, there was no pressure to purchase and that is really commendable. I will buy from them again should I need a vehicle and recommend Universal Auto to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle.

In sure this dealership works in the best interest of the customer...I didn't realize that the vehicle was far out of my reach so I declined

Very disappointed in this dealership. This is the quote sent to me on-line. "Hello! Yes the price is correct. Estimated OTD based on the zip code of 37031 is $24,379. Please let me know how we can help with next steps." When we go there the price was 25,241. Why the discrepancy? We literally drove next door to Crest Honda and bought our car there. Will not be recommending this dealership to our friends. So I guess our rating would be a 0 Zero if you had a zero rating.
