Sale guy was really helpful

I inquired about the vehicle cause it was listed for $58,046 and when I went it to buy the vehicle they changed the price to $86,000 and I have screenshots of them listing it for $58046 they didn’t wanna honor the price

The vehicle was not in the condition I expected. The SUV was at the dealership for more than 3 weeks and was never detailed before being shown to the public. There was scraping in brakes and this was never addressed by the dealership beforehand. A pet was in this vehicle before coming to the dealership. Carpet & back of seats were dirty and in poor condition. I was surprised that the dealership would present a vehicle this way to the public.

They are thugs and Liers.. Very disappointed with my experience at CDJR Chicago. Before purchasing my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, I specifically asked if the hybrid battery would be covered. They sold me a CPO Wrap warranty and told me it was covered, but when I contacted Allstate, I was told the hybrid battery is NOT covered. I also found damaged parts that had been patched with duct tape, despite the vehicle supposedly passing a 210-point inspection. The van was sold without a spare tire or tire repair kit, which raises concerns about their inspection process. Customer service disappeared after the sale. Once they have your money, they don’t seem interested in helping.
