Solid experience. Car was sold when arrived at dealership a few hours after speaking which was a bummer but overall great experience. Bought a different car from the dealership.

Was ready to buy a car but they did not even know What they had or didn't have, let alone the fact that 2 different reps and 2 different Salesman from Big O Dodge contacted me about this exact car but not ONE of them knew what I was talking about when I asked for the PICTURED car I inquired about! And that's after I got a Confirming Email about the EXACT car (One Pictured)! They are very Confused over there @ Big O Dodge! Definitely taking My Money Elswhere...

Was contacted quickly but the vehicle I was inquiring about was sold and they have reached out to me a second offering me come in and see there selection and I chose to look at it online and there wasn't anything in there inventory at the time I was interested in

I would give this dealer zero stars if available. All I can say is do not trust this dealership in Forest City. They lied to us twice about the availability of a vehicle causing us to drive over an hour based on what their remote salesman told us, and then the sales manager was very rude. I do not recommend this location in Forest City at all! Their other location was a lot more helpful. If this dealership has a vehicle that you are interested in, deal with one of the other locations, not Forest City!!
