Chrysler dealerships near me (Cicero, IL)

They sent me pricing that was more than it was listed as even though it said includes dealer fees. They adjusted 2 more times and still was higher than listed on CarGurus

We good experience with Mark, our agent. He is honest and upfront with pricing! Over all, our car buying experience is great!

We were greeted with a smile by Dave Edwards and he made the process smooth and easy. He was easy to talk to and felt no pressure at all. He was real and down to earth. If you come here, make sure you ask for Dave! The downside was we finished over closing and everyone had left by time I got into the car to realize the tank was empty. Typically if you buy a new car the dealership fills the tank. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Although I went in another direction the staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. A positive experience and I would definitely consider doing business with them in the future.

Wanted to do the deal over the phone, first guy said no problem, second guy named Mike called me back and said I had to physically be there to sign papers. I smelled a rat right away, we being a business have bought many a vehicle as far away as Ohio and had the vehicle delivered, money was by wire transfer prior to delivery. I wasn’t driving a 100 miles there and finding out they changed the rules and jacked the price, plus they would not offer any delivery suggestions. Either they run their business in the dark ages or they need a new sales manager that knows about Doc-u-sign etc. might improve their sales.

Decent helpfulness but then I got the OTD price and it added $10k to a $32k vehicle and they would not budge.

There was a little back and forth settling on a price. But overall good experience
