They are thugs and Liers.. Very disappointed with my experience at CDJR Chicago. Before purchasing my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, I specifically asked if the hybrid battery would be covered. They sold me a CPO Wrap warranty and told me it was covered, but when I contacted Allstate, I was told the hybrid battery is NOT covered. I also found damaged parts that had been patched with duct tape, despite the vehicle supposedly passing a 210-point inspection. The van was sold without a spare tire or tire repair kit, which raises concerns about their inspection process. Customer service disappeared after the sale. Once they have your money, they don’t seem interested in helping.

We were greeted with a smile by Dave Edwards and he made the process smooth and easy. He was easy to talk to and felt no pressure at all. He was real and down to earth. If you come here, make sure you ask for Dave! The downside was we finished over closing and everyone had left by time I got into the car to realize the tank was empty. Typically if you buy a new car the dealership fills the tank. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

My experience was different from my past experiences with buying a car they didn’t want to really work with me as far as getting a pre purchase inspection and didn’t want to talk to my financial situation. And still hasn’t refunded me my deposit so I called the bank to cancel transaction now they won’t return my calls.so I bought another car and the experience was so much more professional.so very happy I didn’t buy from them !!

Wanted to do the deal over the phone, first guy said no problem, second guy named Mike called me back and said I had to physically be there to sign papers. I smelled a rat right away, we being a business have bought many a vehicle as far away as Ohio and had the vehicle delivered, money was by wire transfer prior to delivery. I wasn’t driving a 100 miles there and finding out they changed the rules and jacked the price, plus they would not offer any delivery suggestions. Either they run their business in the dark ages or they need a new sales manager that knows about Doc-u-sign etc. might improve their sales.
