We had a fantastic experience at Sands Chevrolet. Our sales person was Mickey. She made our car purchase easy, She was knowledgeable and helpful. We are very happy we bought our car.

Staff was great only two people that I communicated with, Raine and Tristan they were awesome friendly very professional. Overall time spent there was a minimum of two and a half hours. Yep it was fast definitely will go back if in need of another vehicle.

When I was pre approved through you guys and then I was denied through them.Guys, not even pre approved or anything.They can't help me every dealership.I've called so far has not been able to help me get a car or truck.So I don't know, my ratings is zero right now

Guy called me about a truck I inquired about said the truck wasn't there yet and he would call me when it was to send pictures, I reached out multiple times after to see if it was there and got no response. I kept checking myself on the website then before I knew it the truck was marked as sold.

My experience with Breon Bennet was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Breon contacted me about a Suburban and encouraged me to drive an hour to come see it. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle had already been sold a week earlier. At no point did anyone bother to notify me before I made the trip. To make matters worse, Breon didn’t even come out to address the situation himself. I drove an hour for a vehicle that didn’t exist anymore because no one could take 30 seconds to send a text or make a call. This shows a serious lack of respect for a customer’s time and basic professionalism. Situations like this are exactly why dealerships lose trust with buyers. Management should seriously review how this situation was handled and whether Breon Bennet is representing their business appropriately. I have also made it clear that I do not wish to be contacted any further. Take your business somewhere that actually respects customers’ time.

The place is terrible. They lie to you and add extra fees but the worst part is the fees they add after you close the deal and then they almost force you to pay for them. Look out for recon fees.
