Brandon was our salesman and he went above and beyond sending us videos and pictures of the truck to make sure our drive, which was over an hour and a half away was worth it. once we were there he explained the truck to us with all the bells and whistles. he was able to answer all questions and he was very informative and helpful during our the time there.

Sales staff, great. Finance, poor. Never, ever returned my calls or texts.

The sales consultant did a nice job and was helpful and professional. Marcelo Rosales the Financial Manager was very difficult to understand and difficult to deal with. If there are any issues, don't count on talking to the General Manager because he thinks he is too special to talk to customers. He seems to have instilled fear in his staff because nobody will give you any information other than his first name, Dustin. They will not provide you with any contact information for him which certainly shows the type of leadership skills that he doesn't have. No setting the example here.

Mr Lloyd Fischer was absolutely great. His knowledge and expertise regarding the Truck and his patience with me was absolutely something pleasantly unexpected. He was not pushy like many of the salesman. The whole process was flawless, and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for an automobile to seek Mr Lloyd Fischer. Mr Sal with the finance dept was very thorough with explaining everything which I appreciate it especially since I haven’t bought a new truck in over 15 years
