The staff didn't seem very interested in selling me the car. Most of the time they didn't return my call so we were unable to start the process.

Wouldn't give me a breakdown of cost, down payment, or trade-in value. Kept calling and texting even after I told them when I'd come by. Once the vehicle sold tried insisting I come to buy a much more expensive 4 runner with more than twice the miles

We came to view 1 car only which had mechanical issues. The 2nd and 3rd suggested vehicles in that price range had major issues as well. I felt so sorry for Faith our salesperson. She tried so hard to help us but it was not her fault that the cars that were listed were not ready. If I was buying a new car I would recommend Faith without a doubt.

Good customer service. I didn’t end up getting a truck from him but Jason was great to work with
