Chevrolet dealerships near me (Reading, MA)

Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great experience. I arrived for my appointment and the truck was outside but not cleaned or ready to be shown. The initial trade-in offer was far below reasonable expectations. While the dealership later came back with a significantly higher number (more than double), the initial interaction left a bad impression. Because of that, I chose not to proceed with the purchase.

I was told the car my friend and I drove an hour from separate directions to see was in the shop and would be available the next day. We test drove what I thought was the car I chose and I was going to purchase it until this happened- After an hour spent driving and talking, I was told that the car I drove was NOT the car I went to see. I was also told the car I was interested in had been sold and that I had been told that. I was not! The car I wanted had less miles and cost less than the one I drove, it had also had body work done. They would not budge on the price of the one I drove and took NO responsibility for their dishonesty! This is what gives car dealerships a bad name. I call it trading your conscience for your career. Very, very disappointed! Carlos was very polite and educated about the car but the scam over rides that fact. Listen up people.

Great experience buying a car through this dealer! They’re super friendly, helpful, and aren’t pushy like other dealers.

Was told they had the car and to come in for a test drive, drove 1.5 hours round trip to be told the car sold 2 days ago. Waste of time!
