I like transparency. Adding features to a vehicle to mark up the price isn’t transparency. If the vehicle truly has $2000 worth of add ons, just put it in the price, no need to waste each others time going back and forward on price.

Dealer responded by telling me the Malibu has not passed inspections and would not sell. They offered me a 2020 Malibu, but the quote was out of my range and would not negotiate.

I should start this off by I’m in the automotive field I have ASE certs ford/dodge manufacture specific training and I’ve been turning a wrench and running shops and fleets for the last 10 years. To give you a back ground of why I’m so irritated through this whole process Let me start from the top because this going to be very very long, I showed up to this location on 9/13/25 looking to purchase a 2020 Silverado they had on the lot, I met with a sale person named pete. We test drove the truck for about 10 mins, i liked the truck so we proceeded forward with the purchase of said truck. Overall took about 1.5 hours and I was out of there. This is the end of anything positive I have to say about this place. Fast forward the next day I take the truck through the car wash and its leaking from the freshly replaced windshield, I call them Monday morning we set up a tike an date i have to drive back to them to get it corrected, now it was extremely far from my house but thats not their fau

The place is terrible. They lie to you and add extra fees but the worst part is the fees they add after you close the deal and then they almost force you to pay for them. Look out for recon fees.

When I was pre approved through you guys and then I was denied through them.Guys, not even pre approved or anything.They can't help me every dealership.I've called so far has not been able to help me get a car or truck.So I don't know, my ratings is zero right now

I contacted Van Chevrolet about a vehicle they had listed. They told me the vehicle was available after I asked and explained that I would be driving from out of town. When I arrived they told me they couldn't sell it to me because it had transmission problems and tried to sell me a different vehicle.

They put out the car but was not ready for the lot.

Very poor customer service. Drove all the way to the dealership for them to tell me that this vehicle did not pass their inspection and it is being sent to auction, but yet later the gentleman told me that all their preowned vehicles will go through a complete inspection when received, and then if it passes will be added to their website.

Very quick response. Informative on what they could do for us as far as being an out of state customer. Would have liked the paperwork to have gone quicker but overall it was good.
