Sales rep Sean was very helpful and made a great effort to get the Tahoe I wanted.

After I showed interest in the vehicle, I received a call from the dealership and agreed to meet at a certain time the next day. Roman, was waiting for me at the agreed time. He listened to all my questions and brought the car for me to inspect it. He answered all the questions. The were more interested is satisfying my needs with respect to the car than selling the car . After that, he introduced me to Rudy, who was very friendly very knowledgeable which showed exemplary knowledge about the whole transaction. I was there less than 3 hours to complete the transaction. I have bought more than 15 cars in my life and never had such a pleasant experience. Kudos to Roman, Rudy and Brian

Car was there but up on the rack. I made an appointment, so it should not have been a surprise. No car, no test drive, no mention of this until I was there. The sales dude offered to get me the OTD price, which might even have made up for this experience, only to come back and say he couldn’t until I was ready to buy. Which will be never given that complete waste of time.

Absolutely unprofessional and untimely. Communication was extremely poor, and they failed to respond in a reasonable timeframe. There also seemed to be a lack of understanding and experience with export procedures. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
