Horrible. Agreed to things they didn't follow through on. Tacked on an additional $1,000 after the papers were signed for the deal. Refused to continue with the sale and refund me the $1,000 they charged my card without my authorization. The proposal paperwork provided to my bank (as I financed directly through my bank), shows a $1,000 credit. I did not question that. I made it clear in writing from the very beginning that I will NOT be putting money down, I am NOT trading anything, I AM financing through my bank and paying in full at the time of sale. They thought they could pull a fast one on me. The sale was canceled and I finally received my refund of $1400 3 days later.

Horrible. I drove 2 hours round trip to a scheduled viewing of the vehicle only to sit around for an hour due to Herb Connolly double booking a viewing of the vehicle. I left highly upset and the dealer showed no empathy for my frustration. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle at Herb Connolly. Just totally disrespectful.

I contacted this dealership regarding a vehicle listed here on CarGurus. After seeing it here I also looked at it on their own website. The price showed the MSRP, then below it it said "Dealer discount" with an amount next to it. Under that it stated "buy for" with the MSRP minus the dealer discount. If you click on the "dealer discount" it states "Dealer Discount applied to everyone". Any reasonable person wouid believe that the price after the discount is what you would pay. Not so fast though! After calling them to set up a time to see the vehicle and asking about the price I was told that the "Dealer Discount Applied to Everyone" only applies if you meet certain criteria. I asked why it states applied to everyone if it clearly does not? He had no answer except that he would not have worded it that way either and a lot of people complain about it. Bottom line is that they are deceptive. They even claimed that "everyone else does it" and that is false. Do not support this group!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Liberty Chevy. Not only did they make me wait for four weeks to get my car (After selling off the one i was driving), but they had the audacity to continue offering it for test drives during that time. The staff was incredibly rude and downright mean, showing a complete lack of respect for my time and patience. Save yourself the headache and frustration, and steer clear of Liberty Chevy. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later. As if the endless delays and disrespectful treatment weren't enough, the courtesy car they provided had an expired registration! (2022). Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but they also couldn't even bother to ensure the basic legality of the vehicle they lent me. BTW the courtesy car it was a 2015 Mazda VAN!!!! After declining the vehicle for a better looking one, all he said was "I hate ungrateful people" claiming the better looking ones are for people with "ISSUES" as though mine wasn't an issue. T
