My experience was spot on from the time me and my father in law arrived waited very little time talking about the truck and my trade in. Jordan was extremely helpful in explaining everything we were looking at on the truck before the test drive. I would recommend her to anyone to deal with actually already referred 2 people to deal with her when they are ready for a trade in. The finance lady was very explanititory one the price and payment and made the process as painless as possible. I was happy with what I got for my trade in and even got another 1000 dollars knocked off the price of the truck I was dealing on. My overall experience was great and the workers were extremely nice. Glad I traveled 2 hours to make the deal on my gmc truck.

Left dealership on a Saturday with a purchase agreement to return Monday with bank cashier’s check as they will not take personal checks or use of debit card over $5000. Was texted later Saturday evening that they sold vehicle after I left and that they don’t hold vehicles for checks which was not communicated before I left dealership.
