Great experience! Victor and Tino were great to work with, both on the phone and in person. This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve had.

Dealer called several times. I purchased another car.

Was greeted by a sales gentleman. He showed me 3 different suvs and I test drove one. When we were discussing numbers he excused himself to get the sales manager ( a American male). The sales manager came in,introduced himself and then began speaking to me as if I could never afford a car there. Little did he know I was going to purchase the vehicle I test drove in cash. He made me feel uncomfortable so I said his price was to high and that I was still looking and when he received more inventory to let me know.

They responded quickly. I just decided to go in another direction. I'm sure this is a great dealership based on communication I did receive.

Service was acceptable. Unfortunately the Cell did not go through because item was a little over priced for me.

They cancelled my first test drive with the car because it was taken off the lot. I then rescheduled and drove over 2 hours to the dealership, only for them to once again not have the car on the lot. I specifically asked if they could guarantee the car would be there since it was a long distance. I was still open to seeing what other car options were available, however the person helping me was not listening to what I was looking for. I was being presented with vehicles outside my budget, mile range, and type. The price of the original vehicle I was interested was advertised as eight thousand and increased by almost three thousand dollars when I inquired in person. The only positive aspect of my experience was that they were quick to contact me following my initial interest of the vehicle.

I did not buy the Corolla but instead the Prius is better condition. The sales teams are excellent service. No complaints on the sales teams.
