Sales people were initially responsive and nice but apparently got busy and forgot about us on lot. We ended up leaving as we werent sure of next steps and when we followed up early rhe next morning were told the jeep listed that we were interested in was sold that morning.

The dealer contacted us immediately. We met their salesperson later that day for a test drive. Ultimately we decided to go with a new Chevrolet Traverse which we are very happy with. Chevrolet of Montebello has been great!

The kind of car buying experience you wish was the norm. There are very few salesmen like Andy, easy-going (like an old friend) and an absolute pleasure to work with. I asked about the car via email, was called back in under a hour, went out there and they were ready for me. They were having a BBQ and invited us to join in. Bought the car, no tricks, no hidden fees, no pressure. Would definitely drive back the hour and a half just to buy from them.

I would not seek out Montebello Chevrolet again the next time I buy a car. My husband and I drove 1 hr. 40 minutes to see the car. While the salesman, Jared, was very nice, he and the sales supervisor were adamant that they couldn't offer the vehicle for one penny less than the offer they made. We left. Two days later the price was dropped on an auto search website. I will share that when I went to pick up the vehicle, Jared was very prepared. The car was very clean and after a 30 minute delay, the gas tank was full.

Jay quoted me a price via email. Ran my credit to try and get a better interest rate at the same credit union I already had my loan from. Then came back and couldn't sell me the truck his quote was wrong wanted $3000 more. I left crushed

I like that the dealer responded immediately as other dealers did not. However, Chevrolet of montebello contacted me on more than one occasion to follow up and everytime had the wrong customer name. That is something they can work on.

These guys were amazing!! They stayed until well after closing to help finish our purchase! They knew that we had traveled quite a ways to be there and definitely made it worth our while!! The car was very clean, great pricing, great value for our trade and the staff was phenomenal!

I did'nt wait for the dealer to respond and contacted the dealer once I saw the add and purchase my wifes vehicle on the spot the next day. These guys were very helpful! Ramon my sales person was hilarious and very helpful, Sam was very informative and helpful later when we missed a dent on the vehicle to which they fixed and the owner Carlos, he was a hardball at cutting a deal! But all and all they were great and I plan on getting my next car from them! Ramon even tried my wifes cookies and was making my 2 year old smile! Chevrolet Of Montebello is where im sending my friends!!!

We live 4 and a half hours from Chevy of montebello so we discussed purchasing the car with a trade in over the phone. Once we arrived and we were looking at numbers they were not able to payoff the used car we were trading in and tried to charge us an additional 2,000 for a car that all of our local dealerships had no problem paying off without charging us.

Dealer responsive to inquiry. High mark up over MSRP prevented me from buying at this time. Cant tell what is really in inventory by web inventory search as listings were presold.
