I recently visited Beck Chevrolet to purchase a Chevy Trax. While the car itself was clean, the buying experience quickly became a headache. As a mother of three, I realized almost immediately after taking it home that the Trax was far too small for a family—it's much better suited for a single person or a couple.The real issue, however, was the finance office. I was pressured into nearly $4,000 worth of "Zurich" warranties and protection plans that were added to my loan without a clear explanation of how much they would hike my monthly payments. When I stood my ground to remove these unnecessary fees, the staff became unprofessional and difficult to work with.

Car wasn’t available for purchase ever after being told it was. Offered a lower class of vehicles with more miles and less features that were available for purchase instead. Continued well after the vehicle had sold, to get emails encouraging me to purchase the sold vehicle. This dealership like many other has fallen into the dependency on A.I which seems to cause massive Communication/information breakdowns. Was not impressed and would not recommend. Zero stars.

I read with car Bravo CPO they ensure new brakes and tires, this is not the case. I wish i asked for measurements of tread and brake pads. I was there for 4 hours, ready to pay in full but my salesman explained it comes out cheaper if I finance and I can take car today if I finance. None of this transaction went the way I wanted. Car was detailed nicely when i took it home to inspect further there was candy, gum, used lip gloss between the seats. I wish I waited, I wish I hit my bargaining points more strongly. So part of this problem is my poor consumerism, they keep you there, fatigue you, widdle you down. My salesman told me I didn't have my binder sent from insurance when it was sent in the first email, another 20 min hold waiting on insurance. I hate car salesmen. I hate car shopping, I hate financing. Durango has a slight hum. They aren't accountable for all the promises on 3rd party site like car guru. I will never stray from my local dealer again.
