This dealer isn’t transparent with their dealer fees. I drove the car and it has a shake and hum on it coming from the transmission. I pointed it out to the dealer and even then they still wouldn’t negotiate the price, they insisted in adding $5500 in dealer fees on top of the price online. With my perfect credit score and multiple options to buy i walked away from this Jeep Grand cherokee L 2021. The dealer wasn’t willing to negotiate a better rate despite them noticing the shake in the car as well.

Communication issues and couldn’t work out best price. Ended up purchasing same vehicle elsewhere for thousands less.

Absolutely unprofessional and untimely. Communication was extremely poor, and they failed to respond in a reasonable timeframe. There also seemed to be a lack of understanding and experience with export procedures. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Like every other dealer in south Florida they wont provide an otd price because they want you to come in and convince you to buy my advice if a dealer isn't capable of providing you an otd price they dont deserve your business not the first time I have had to walk out of a dealer when they start with the hidden fees

Apparently there is only one salesman that deals with customers wanting to purchase a corvette. Waited over an hour to speak to him, spoke briefly, gave me his business card. I left various messages with no call returned. Went 2 weeks afterwards and they told me the same thing, I had to wait for the corvette exclusive salesman to be available.

Maykel was very helpful and the transaction went smoothly. The car was delivered in a great condition.

Daniel and the team here were top notch. The car I wanted was 5 hours away. We did the trade (they matched carmax written offer) via phone and email. Car was as advertised. They were great communicators. They drove the car a few hours to meet me and we did a swap. I had a nother deal working and they were able to outperform the competition. Highly recommend.

Sales rep Sean was very helpful and made a great effort to get the Tahoe I wanted.
