Chevrolet dealerships near me (Glendale, AZ)

This dealer didn't have the car in stock after repeatedly telling me they did and tried to add on five thousand dollars in fees, including two thousand dollars for a car they claimed to have but Could Not Find. They kept us waiting for forty minutes, didn't know anything about cars we wanted to see, couldn't find the keys to any cars we expressed interest in, and everyone we spoke to there was mumbling like they were high.

Experience with sales person (Charles) was amazing and very easy. Was told to sign paperwork to hold vehicle with appt to pick up the next day. Salesperson confirmed it was received and vehicle was pulled from lot. Received text 5 hours later that management had sold car from the back lot. Have called to speak to management several times to discuss and have received NO call back from anyone. Do NOT use this dealership. They will screw you over if it helps them

No pressure, seamless buying experience, knowledgeable staff, up front and honest about pricing. Will go back next time even though it’s almost an hour away from me.
