Service was acceptable. Unfortunately the Cell did not go through because item was a little over priced for me.

Sales person (Rene) was real interested in doing a deal, and I was ready to buy, until he found out I was out of state and would have to ship the Corvette. All of a sudden the car wouldn’t be ready for 10 days to sell. Meanwhile they were hoping for someone local to come along and buy the car, which is exactly what happened. Unless you’re local, be careful dealing with this dealership.

I didn’t end up buying it because I found another truck that caught my eye but their customer service was really good. I had called other dealers and some didn’t reply back at all.

Jonathon was great! From start over the phone, to finishing the deal at the dealership. Transparent about the price. Spent about 90 minutes at the dealership. Very satisfying experience at Felix Chevrolet.

I regret not buying this car!! The staff was very helpful when I arrived at dealership. I was impressed when they took me on a hassle free test drive. The car was immaculate and exactly what I wanted. I over thought the purchase and missed out on a deal. Someone else purchased the car a day later.
