I bought this truck online and it was a very smooth pleasant experience!!!

I decided to go with a different car at a different dealership but the staff at this location were amazing ! I appreciate all their help in my car buying process !

Nothing bad to say about anyone I talked to. This dealership just has bad selling morals. They show a low price on a vehicle online, then say they have dealer add-ons that go on all their vehicles. I will not buy from dealers that place mandatory add-ons to vehicles especially when they total over 4k and bring zero value to the vehicle.

Very nice, and had knowledge of tech on vehicle (even though it is a Ford)

Bad experience. Have been watching the vehicle for at least a week until I could come look at it. Made an appointment and went for a test drive. I was told it would be a week so that they could go over everything. I thought that would already be done before even offering it for sale. I was told the it would be detailed and fluids changed and I said wasn’t that just recently done according to the maintenance records? I didn’t have an ideal trade but I bought it at Huffines and it ran fine but a/c went out and didn’t expect top dollar but it was worth the payoff. There was constant going back and forth next door. When I told them I wasn’t comfortable with the deal because I didn’t think they offered me enough for my trade and why would it take a week before I could take the new car home then they had it in the back getting it ready but I was uneasy like they had to fix something. I had to ask for my key back more than once and left. Then the sent texts agreeing to my terms but I left.

They were very prompt and friendly

Salesman Tyler did everything he could to make our buying experience pleasant. Answered all our questions and we had a bunch.
