I recently purchased a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring from this dealership. Overall the car itself is great and the price we agreed on was $29,500, which I felt was fair for the vehicle. What left a bad taste in my mouth was the way the final numbers were handled. After shaking hands on the price, the dealership added a dealer fee and a loan fee that I was told earlier would be waived. It felt deceptive to have extra charges added after we had agreed on a number. To be clear, I don’t think the car was overpriced, and the staff was not rude, but the last-minute fees made the experience feel less honest than it should have been. I would recommend that future buyers make sure they get the full out-the-door price in writing before agreeing to anything. I’m happy with the car, but not completely happy with how the deal was finalized.

I realized that this dealership is about seven hours away from where I live so I did not go to check out the vehicle. It seemed like a good deal but it is too face away

David, the sales rep caught us at the door. We said we were referred to Tom K the online sales Man. He said it was Ok and he’d help us out. However, He Did not know anything about the vehicle but just kept asking, “OK so you want to buy this? He was not listening to our concerns or questions. He had hos manager come over and he at least admitted he didn’t know about the car but couldn’t budge on the price as they are already very competitive. The car had been on there lot for 70 days, I guess they didn’t need a sale that bad or they would have worked with us a little more.
