Napleton Maserati was great to work with for our purchase and delivery. A few pieces of feedback that led me to a less than 5 star review: - the transparency about document signing and the requirement paperwork must be mailed and signed and mailed back wasn’t made clear, this led to some concern our car would be delayed in shipping because of something we knew nothing about as being required. - the reason for the above was that “some customers have not been trustworthy” as if to imply that I, too, may not be trustworthy despite the fact I put down 25% easily wired, qualified easily for financing and did everything that was asked of me as quickly as humanly possible. - the car has two small dents on the hood that were not disclosed. Not a deal breaker but I’d have asked to have them removed before it left the lot or compensation to offset having them removed. - otherwise, Sobaan, Connor and Rich were easy to work with and got me the car that met all my and my husbands requirements.

They were communicating with me remotely with the use of an AI bot. I lived 90 miles away from the dealership so I wanted to get things narrowed down a bit before my coming out there and they ghosted me. I'm thankful I didn't waste my time driving all the way out there and back

I really don’t like my time being wasted. Apparently I didn’t qualify for a $9000 vehicle with $2000 because it was “too old” so they kept trying to get me into a more expensive car which made no sense at all. I knew it was a wrap when I got passed from one salesperson to another. The car THEY had me test drive wasn’t even the car I was there for. Also I was told I’d be called at a certain time and I kept getting stalled. After coming there and going home (2 hours away) &waiting hours the next day I called and asked them to send me my check stubs and credit report that they said were mine to have via email because it took me hours to print out and I could just take them to another car lot then they told me it’ll take some time. Fast forward, they never sent the credit report and only sent half of my check stubs back. Anyway I went somewhere else and got a 2019 Buick Lacrosse with about the same mileage as the 2008 Avalon I went to Gerald for. 10 years newer with a lower down payment.

They responded quickly,I was but a car for my wife. very professional. There was a gap in decision making between sales and sales manager. By the time I spoke with the sales manager my wife was lost the patients in the used car process. We purchased elsewhere. I would definitely deal with them, but if you are far away 2 day drive, don't waste time with the salesman with no ability to deal or hold a car... Get to a decision maker.. nice people!
