very rude staff, pressuring me, not willing to do an independent inspection, being deceitful about issues with the vehicle - bad! stay away!

Worst dealer I have ever had an encounter with. How does a car that is listed at 33k end up at 41k for a cash deal? Biggest scam ever 3k reconditioning fee on a 2023 wth full warranty and 12k miles?,plus a $400 prep fee and a $1200 doc fee and then another $200 bs fee and some mystery $300 non tax fee. On top of this, I'm in Nj and they were charging Ny tax. total scam bate dealer, stay away. If I could give a zero for each rating I would, just run from this place, scam central, bs used dealer.

There was no transparency. The car which we agreed to take it at 10,895 $, but at the last moment they added unnecessary processing fees which made a total of near about 16,000 because we were not financing from them. They are the real cheaters, don't trust them and don't even trust the internet price. It is just to attract innocent customers and fool them at the time of payment.

I tried finding out about pricing and explained at least 5 days before that I was shopping around that weekend of. One of the online experts reached out and I had explained that I needed to know the numbers in order to take the trip. They stated they would reach out to the manager. The manager never contacted me until I was out on the road the day of purchasing another vehicle.

They practice in bait and switch. They lure you into the dealership with a low pricde and then they add a $2000 "finance charge" and a $695 dealer fee.

Misrepresentation of price. There was an additional charge of $1,995 + $695.
