I am only speaking on my experience as a potential buyer. I saw a vehicle online and reached out to discuss pricing. I asked about extended warrarnty and the 1st person I spoke to told me he could only give price on warranty when they write a qoute. I hung up called back and the next guy quickly gave me price of warranty but told me that day was the last day to purchase as the vehicle was going to the auction if not sold that day. So based on those too interactions I lost confidence in their trustworthiness. As a consumer trust means alot to me when making such a large purchase. The dealer that earns my business are the ones who are 100% honest with me from initial contact to final signature.. Not the ones who try to rush a decision or sale or the ones who tells you that you need to do this or that before they csn provide info. Remember not every customer is a 1st time buyer. Honesty sales cares..
