The vehicle has been publicly listed for nearly two months. Each time I contacted the dealership, I was told another customer had placed money on it. However, the vehicle has remained actively advertised with no indication that it was pending or unavailable. I was not given a belieable explanation, timeline, or the opportunity to place a backup deposit. Receiving the same response repeatedly while seeing the vehicle still listed has been frustrating and discouraging. As an African American man, this experience has been particularly disheartening. While I cannot say definitively why it was handled this way, the lack of transparency left me feeling uneasy and questioning whether I was being treated fairly. I simply wanted a fair and equal opportunity to purchase a publicly advertised vehicle.

We had a great experience with our Salesman Eric. The vehicle was very clean and he took the time to help us get everything connected while it was freezing cold before we left the dealership.

Salesman, Johnathon, was great. Very helpful. However worst experience ever when picking up the car, had appointment at noon. Sat for OVER an hour, finally got up and complained. Had I known where the guy was. I had seen with an empty office forever. Then he tried to charge me $600 more than purchase price. No financing cash deal, no trade in!!!!
