Test drove a used vehicle that had a bad wheel bearing: front drivers side very noisy on highway and secondary roads. Mentioned this to sales person, and they said service would take a look. Called me back within an hour and said it was bad ball-joint and they’ll fix it. Get follow up voicemail saying car is fixed, test drove it myself and come out again. Drive the fourty minutes to dealership the next morning, and it’s exactly the same, maybe louder! I mention this and salesperson acts surprised... they sell this vehicle new, so I ask how much to get it fixed and they refer me to a mechanic down the street! I have a trade-in vehicle that they’ve low-balled me on and now they’re upping the trade-in value to get me to buy the vehicle. I realize they just want to broom their car without anymore cost to them, but I felt a bit insulted that they played this game of “oh we fixed it, it’s great! I drove it myself!” Like I wouldn’t have known the difference...

Nice dealership. Car that was advertised was in machanic shop and was unavailable to be seen. Never called me backwhen car was ready. They were very eager to help with any other vehical on lot. Prices seemed decent for a large dealership.

I was contacted when I was flying to California for work. I called the next day and the car had been sold. I have been watching this car for over a month and contacted when the price dropped (it was $11,000).I understand wanting to do business in front of you rather than waiting, but the need to make a sale has become greater than the desire to help people. I still need a car and I will not be using this dealership.

Ken Wozniak was great and very helpful. We went home the same day with our new car. Still waiting for the second set of keys though! They have the key fob that locks and unlocks the car!

Car I called on has been in transit for three weeks, no photos yet still - I doubt this car exists- when asked for information via phone calls they offered no response, online support people frequently give wrong information. I oved on to buy from another dealer.

We were interested in this vehicle and the dealer replied to our email promptly. He (Mark) did not answer any of my questions in the original email however. His email claimed to be our “one stop shop” for all our needs, and if we had any questions to please call the number provided or “simply reply to this email”. I did just that and 5 days later.....still no reply. In the meantime, we looked further into fixing my wife’s Edge and as it turned out, we were offered an extended warranty on the part and so the fix was free. We will be keeping our Edge for a few more years. We just found this out TODAY. Had we been contacted promptly, we very well could have been driving our new Enclave by now. As far as I’m concerned you probably missed out on a sale.

Was interested in this car and was contacted by a sales person quickly. I told him I had financing already and provided him my rates and term. and where I would like to be in regards to monthly payments. He asked if he could see if he could attempt to secure financing which I told him was OK but did not want several hard inquires on my credit. I went to the dealership and test drove the car and liked it. When I asked him about the price of the car he told me the same price that was online. I questioned him on how he got to the monthly payment and he notified me that he had priced the car, not with my terms, but for 84 months. The dealing seemed sneaky and if I knew the terms he was using, would not have made the hour and a half trip to the dealership.

The salesman Alex was great. He handled everything perfectly. One thing that stood out was he did not try to sell us a lot of extra stuff like some dealerships do. Asked via a text message if there was "anything wrong with the truck mechanical or otherwise"? Salesman replied " nothing they knew of or could see". Also told him i would be driving almost 2 hours to come see the truck. I arrived there to find both bed rails severly scratched the drivers side bed rail dented, both front fenders had paint peeling off and rusting, the rear bumper badly rusted around the trailer electrical plug, and the interior drivers door panel busted. I asked the saleman why he didnt tell me about the damages. His reply was " i did not see it". The scratches alone were visible from 20 feet away. So i can say i will not go back to look at another vehicle.

The salesmen, Steven Wehby I spoke was was very engaging and informative he gave his card for future contact. The dealer ship is very large the people seemed friendly. The truck I went to look at had been sold the day before. My only complaint is that there network needs to update the web site showing vehicles that were sold updated immediately. It should not take two days to do so as the young man at the welcome desk indicated. Other then that I would go back and look for another truck on there lot.

I ended up purchasing a 2015 Traverse and I love it. Mike was great and the dealership deserves a high rating. I am one of those people who would not usually give a perfect rating because I believe everyone has room to improve. I made an appointment, made it. Vehicle only washed but ok. test drove and questioned dash warning " service suspension" ' bad idle too, several dents and broken dashboard, said all would be taken care of and would call me when ready for sale. no reply, I called a week later and was told a sale was pending and would call me if the deal "fell through" . Insulting offer on my trade in also, never even went out to look at it. Very disappointing snow storm visit.

I inquired about an acadia and they told me they had it in. I told them i needed them to tell me what they can give me for a trade in on my 2010 camaro bumblebee and they said to just send them the vin number and i sent it right back to them and i never heard from them again and a few days later the acadia was gone. Very unprofessional. I would not reccomend anyone take there car there for trade in. And i will not look at any more vehicles from that dealership. If you dont have cash upfront to give em then they dont care for your biz. No dealership values your trade in like its supposed to be valued. My car is worth 11000 private party and 10000 trade in and another dealership only offered me 5000. 2010 camaro with 80000 miles? Lmao. Ya right!

I was in the market for a used Chrysler Aspen and was looking all over for one with the options that I wanted. Due to limited choices on the vehicle I was ready to fly to Florida on Wednesday to look at the only one I could find with the options and mileage I was looking for. First thing Monday morning I look on line and find one at Serra and contacted Alex. He was great with every question I had and was honest about the condition of the vehicle. Alex did a great job along with the financing department. I work in the automotive business so I have high expectations. This car is still not ready to be driven or sold, because it is being 'repaired under warranty' , wrong: 'repaired under insurance' (fuel pump) and as of yesterday, it might not be ready for another month as repairs are over $1000. Salesman or manager don't return calls for days and it still is being advertised as ready to sell and excellent condition. Terrible dealership.

Vehicle advertised and discussed still had issue with non-functioning nav, a 2" round crack in windshield, and had to wait for new driver sear leather cover, as one in advertised car was severly cracked, also dealer told us our 2003 volvo v70 would only get $500 for trade-in...? A well maintained v70 is market valued 3 times-at the least. Then saleman boasted their dealership has the lowest prices on ANY car for a 500 miles radius ,"guaranteed!", which is immediately a red flag of "fake news". Also , used cars have zero price negotiation...?

The dealership was easy to work with. I left an e-mail about a vehicle I wanted to see and my salesman Alex had it ready for me when I got there. No high pressure and kept in the loop all the way Alex Kelley is top notch and took care of all the details making sure everything was in order and as promised. Extremely truthful and caring. Mike took care of all the financing without a hitch and the bottom line information was as promised. This is not your average dealer. It is very busy, expect some possible waiting but everyone passing by makes sure you are comfortable and in need of nothing. The experience started off well as I went in and test drive the vehicle. After the drive I wanted to sit down and go over numbers but the salesman said he was busy and would send me a price the next morning. 15 minutes later I texted him with a questions and he responded saying that he just sold the car. I said really you sold it and didn't even make me an offer?? He ofcourse never responded and since the car was sold treated me like I never existed. Not a loyal or professional way to do business by selling cars from underneath people. I called a different dealer to complain and he was nice and claimed the car was sold earlier in the day. Even if that's the case the salesman didn't have enough courtesy to give me a call or a return text apologizing or explaining the situation. I would advise going somewhere else where they value you as a customer

Very professional, allowed us to test drive for several hours and have our mechanic look at it. Fair and open dealing with a trade-in. Car is in great condition. Overall very pleased.

I had to call them about the car after I called them they called me back. I was going to pay cash and I could not get any thing off the price. They washed the car for me and said they would put gas in the car - half a tank. I drove any hour to get there and paid full price I should of got a full tank. Plus I never received my manual on the car - guess I will have to drive another two hours to get it. I love the car but I felt as if I should of walked out of there feeling as if I was a special person - did not happen felt ordinary.

Very pleasant salesperson & seemed honest about the car (and others). She did seem MUCH more honest than most though. Did appreciate that the cars seemed more reasonably priced in this range of used cars. She told is they really don't know what's wrong w/each of the used cars in the lower price range and strongly encouraged us to have any of the cars we were interested get checked out by a mechanic. Truly appreciated that but as she was scrolling down the list for possible others to look at, she made comments like "no-this one has a bad transmission". So was a bit confused-do they know about the cars or not? Since this was at least the 5th dealership we went to, we wondered is this a new tactic they all say to get you to think they're honest by saying don't look at this car but this other one is better?

Unscrupulous! Be aware of duct tape patch up's!!! In response to your comment Mr. Davidson, I still find it disgusting that even though you had been mislead as you say, I personally would take my due mistake, fix the repair and make a satisfied customer who would be appreciated and treated fairly ,may even come back. You really are unscrupulous, especially when you take no responsibility. ( buyer beware). The duct tape paint and clear coat was done by your detailer ,so I hear.

I would definitely give them a 5 star rating. They did and excellent job of making my car buying experience very positive. I am not sure how they could have made it better they seemed to have all of their bases cover as I look back at it

They were all great at Serra, the internet manager Alex did an awesome job of getting the used vehicle ready for me and let me take it for a long ride and check out all the responses. The vehicle was good to great and Alex showed me the Car fax with all the vehicle history. I was sold and the price was great. All in all I bought the vehicle and traded mine in and was very happy with the whole experience. Thank you Serra.

Felt pressured by finance officer to purch extended warranties. Only gav me 1 key fob. One day after driving car off the lot computer said it needed an oil change. Not consistent logging mileage for services performed on carfax. General manager was committed to making things right

U wouldn't believe the email I got . Rude pushy. Even with a deposit they wanted the car out in 48 hours. I found what I wanted but this dealer needs a serious class in customer service.

Set up an appointment and drove a couple hours to the dealershi. They were too busy and did not know much about the car I was interested in, not to mention they had not even looked it I've since it was traded in and it needed help.

Great customer service and awesome deal! They are not pressuring in anyway as some car dealerships may be. They made me feel welcome and at ease with purchasing my first vehicle. They we able to get me a loan with affordable monthly payments and give me $1000 for my trade in all in a few hours. I walked in to this dealership just expecting to look at the car that I had reviewed online and I ended up driving away with that very same car and satisfaction of getting a great deal! I would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible agent. Drove 50 miles to see the truck. Tires had no tread and truck stated only 36,000 miles? Bed rails were cut and gouged, and rusted inspite of being treated with sprayed bed liner. WHen I asked the dealer if they had others he told me to just keep checking the website, which I'm not doing. Found a truck just outside Toledo much better experience. Don't wast your time at this place.

I was totally disappointed!! I called ahead that day to make an appointment. I drove a distance that afternoon to see this vehicle. I kept my appointment and then waited in the showroom for 45 minutes. When someone finally came to meet me, I was told the car had been sold 2 hours earlier. No one had the courtesy to give me a call. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!!!
