Declan (Sales Manager), Art from Sales, Finance Manager Brian, and the General Manager made this the best car-buying experience I’ve had in the last 25 years. They were professional, honest, transparent, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire purchase process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made everything clear and straightforward, with no pressure or surprises. If I buy another car in the future, this is the dealership I’ll be coming back to. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding car-buying experience.

Scheduled an appt a week in advance to test drive a car. Confirmed the day before and that morning that we were all set because I was driving 70 miles and when i got there - the car wasn’t even there. “It’s still in our shop.” The manager apologized profusely - said they would drive the car to me to test drive on Monday (this was a Saturday) so I said ok - mistakes happen…call me Monday and… never heard from them again. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer. Wasted a lot of my time.

I enjoyed my visit. The staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. They answered all my questions, allowed me plenty of time to examine the car and also plenty of time to test drive it. They were not pushy, and I did not feel rushed. They did not try to sell me another vehicle. They seemed to appreciate the fact that I knew just what I was looking for. I left there very satisfied with the whole experience. I told them that I still had other cars to look at and would let them know if I wanted to purchase the car they showed me.

A mostly strait forward buying experience. Friendly staff and there wasn’t much back and forth. It’s a small dealership , around over 60 years and could use some modernization. I only deducted a star as the paperwork / pickup could have been more efficient. Unlike other dealers they don’t have onsite registry plate services so I needed to swing by a couple days later to pick up my vehicle

Was very easy to deal with. Was honest and fair in negotiation. Didnt work out but was still easy to deal with throughout this process
