Ok experience. Unfortunately the vehicle was not available when we arrived for a test drive. I assume it had been sold or on hold for someone else. Got a quote for my vehicle and was happy with their offer. Browsed lot to look at other options but eventually decided to purchase a vehicle elsewhere.

This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience of my life. The salesman, Tara Tulku, was friendly, informative, and totally up front with the vehicle's details and the sales process. Tara provided me with the Car Fax and a detailed report of all service performed on the vehicle by Audi following its trade-in. He accompanied me on a highway and side-road test drive, and familiarized me with the various features on the truck. There was no pressure whatsoever from sales or finance, and my loan was approved quickly. I got a very good price on the vehicle I purchased compared to similar vehicles on the market, and the vehicle was detailed and delivered in pristine condition. I highly recommend Audi of Burlington and Tara Tulku.

The salesman, Batu (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was very accommodating and helpful, he gave our toddler some sticky notes to play with and some snacks. No hesitation when I asked questions about the car and he even let me put the car on their lift to check out the undercarriage. He also recommended a great Turkish market for dinner afterwards and that was also amazing. Very satisfied with our experience
